We process personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.

Legal and safety: we may disclose information to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our Terms, protect the rights, property, or safety of Helper Provider, our users, or the public, and investigate fraud or abuse.

Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Verification & Sensitive Documents

Documents you submit for verification (such as government IDs and business permits) are stored on restricted, private storage and are accessible only to authorized personnel for verification, trust, safety, and compliance purposes. Administrative access to such documents may be logged.

6. Cookies, Advertising & Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, secure the Platform, and measure performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality.

Analytics: We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to understand how the Platform is used. These services set cookies and collect usage information such as pages viewed, device and browser details, and a truncated or anonymized IP address. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Where required, we seek consent for non-essential cookies (including analytics and advertising cookies), and you may change your choices at any time through your browser or the controls referenced above.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Platform, comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer required, we delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it.

8. Security

We implement reasonable organizational, physical, and technical measures to protect personal data, including access controls, encryption in transit where appropriate, and private storage for sensitive files. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
